Golden Berry Salsa


serves 4

1 1/2 cups chopped Sun Belle golden berries
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeños
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup shredded Queso Fresco cheese


Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate for minimum of 1 hour for the flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Optional: Sprinkle crumbled queso fresco cheese on top of salsa.
