Sparkling Vegetable Salad


3 Sun Belle greenhouse tomatoes on the vine
1 Sun Belle greenhouse seedless cucumber
1 large Sun Belle greenhouse red bell pepper
4 tablespoons white wine or white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


1. Chop the three vegetables into bite sized pieces.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix them with the vegetables.
3. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
