Blueberry Tart


1 prepared pie shell (baked or graham cracker)
4 cups Sun Belle blueberries
one 10 ounce jar blueberry fruit spread
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 aerosol can whipped cream


1. Using a microwave safe bowl microwave the blueberry fruit spread until it turns into a liquid.
2. Blend in the cinnamon.
3. Pour the blueberries into the liquid and stir until all the blueberries are evenly coated.
4. Spoon the fruit mixture into the pie shell.
5. Refrigerate the pie for two hours.

Tip Prior to serving, cover the pie with decorative spurts of whipped cream.
